What’s In A Word

Just for a moment imagine it is Year 3035 and your team has just discovered some bones and by the bones if a box.
Inside the box is a note that reads “Thanks for the Pot”. So you take it back to camp to talk about the meaning of the note.
So the team settles in the talking about the finding of the bones and note. One man speaks up and says there is a simple explanation for the note, Thank You for the Pot.
He says that the man must had been a Gardner and used the pot to plant some kind flowers or something.

One of the other team mates stands up and says, No, I think your wrong. It is very obvious this man was a cook. He borrowed a pot to cook something and was simply saying you to a neighbor maybe for loaning him the pot.
That is when another person stood up and said, well I think your both wrong. He explained that he had completed a lot of research of those times and sadly, I think the person used drugs because he had read that people during that period call a plant they smoked POT. He must have borrowed some and was thanking another person for it.
Another person spoke up and said he too had completed a lot of research of those times and he too had read old books and articles and found that some people called the toilet a pot. Maybe the man had to use the bathroom when he was visiting someone else and thanking him for letting him use the bathroom?

She explained. She read a story in an old book that talked about a man who traveled the land planting apple trees.
One day during his travels he was planting apple trees near a small town when it started to rain. The rain was coming down pretty good when he saw a lady standing on a porch and he asked her for something to wear to keep his head dry. The lady upon returning from her house gave him a pot, which he placed on his head as he continued on planting apple trees. His name was Johnny Appleseed!
